My channels are not working?
We strive to provide you with a high level of service at very low rates. So please keep this in mind first.
If a channel is down, we will do our best to restore it. Please follow the instructions below before reporting a channel:
Stop and give it a few minutes. We restart and switch channels if necessary. The channel may be coming back.
Is this happening on all channels? If so, you need to check on your side.
Turn off your devices and wait 30 seconds before turning them back on (decoders, Android boxes, routers, cable modems).
Make sure you connect using LAN (Ethernet) cables to devices and not via Wi-Fi.
Can I watch local sports and news in my area?
Subscribers to IPTV Smart Apps can watch college football games on channels like Amazon Prime, TELEFOOT, RMC SPORT, BEINSPORT, NBC, CBS, ABC, BTN, FOX, FS1, ESPN, and others.
Local and national channels are available to watch live in your region.
Can I watch live TV on multiple devices at the same time?
An IPTV subscription allows you to watch on two screens, but not simultaneously. If you want to use IPTV simultaneously on multiple devices, you can get a discount for the second subscription.
What are the payment terms?
We accept payments via PayPal and VISA/MasterCard credit cards. Everything is done with ultra-secure processing through our trusted service providers.
Is a VPN needed when using the IPTV service?
Using a VPN is not mandatory, but if the client wants a secure connection with a VPN, they can do so. However, they must inform us of the VPN connection country so we can update the location of their subscription on our servers.
What does "Restart and check" mean?
Restart your devices and wait 30 seconds before turning them back on (set-top boxes, Android boxes, routers, cable modems, etc.) — Make sure you are using a LAN (Ethernet) cable to connect to the devices, not Wi-Fi.
My 3-month subscription has ended, how do I renew it?
The renewal is done manually on our OCTAGON IPTV website or via WhatsApp.
What happens after I pay for my IPTV subscription?
To assist you, one of our advisors will contact you by email within a maximum of 15 minutes after your payment.
